Ivy Tech is a statewide, open-access, community college with campuses in 23 communities throughout Indiana. Campuses are organized into 14 administrative regions. A partner in the Community College of Indiana and the third largest college in the state, Ivy Tech was founded in 1963. The College offers credit programs in business, technology, health sciences, public services, visual communications and general education. The college also offers high-tech certifications through the Workforce Certification Center, non-credit skills development classes at the Continuing Education Center, and the Corporate and Community Services division conducts customized training for Central Indiana’s businesses and industry. More than 12,000 students are enrolled at Ivy Tech-Central Indiana, taking day, evening, and weekend classes at 14 locations throughout the region. Courses are also offered via the Internet, two-way interactive video and television. Ivy Tech is fully accredited by the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools. EnrollmentIvy Tech operates on a semester basis, fall and spring with one summer term. Semester enrollments are counted ten days after the beginning of each term (ten-day count) and at the end of each term (end of term count). the College in writing using the drop-and-add or withdrawal form. The fee
refund for voluntary withdrawal from a class, when applicable, will be processed
only after the student files a College drop-and-add or withdrawal form with
